Include DataStage v11.7.x compatibility with Visual Studio Community Versions (2019, 2022)

Kindly consider including current version of Microsoft Visual Studio Community versions (eg. 2019, 2022) as we are upgrading to DataStage v11.7.1 fp5. DataStage v11.7.1.5 does not support Visual Studio Community version but supports similar older Microsoft Visual Studio Express versions (eg. 2012, 2013). We will appreciate if it is convenient for product team to provide some insights on why Visual Studio Express 2017 and newer community versions were omitted. Thank you.

    Please also consider including Microsoft Visual Studio Express version 2017 to the DataStage v11.7.1 fp5 compatibility list.
