Is there any way to give permissions to only check logs and see jobs in designer and director for Datastage & Quality stage super operator?

IBM DataStage & Quality stage super operator (Super Operator and Operator):
users the ability to run and schedule jobs, view full job logs, and view jobs and objects using the Director and Designer clients, respectively for the above User role and Our Internal Audit is asking for new role, Where Users (DEV Team) should not have access to run the job's for above operator roles. They are only looking for the below 2 and 3 role access not for 1. 

Do we have any roles for users only assign to below 2 and 3 roles?  If possible we can get into call for the more details. 

1. Users can run and schedule jobs using the Director client. 
2. Log Access: They have access to view the entire job log, including error messages and data associated with log entries. 
3. Designer Client: They can view jobs and objects using the Designer client. 
4. Limited Administrator Tasks: They can perform limited tasks in the Administrator client, such as changing project NLS settings and project properties (but not protect/unprotect)

    This feature exists via the OperatorLite setting.
