11.5 version deprecated LogManagement folder in Webconsole

IBM took away the “Log Management” from the Webconsole in 11.5 version.

When our istool deployments fail, this is place we look at errors today.
Infact even in version 11.5 error message still say it:
““Unexpected error importing design. See the log in the Web Console for more details.
Unexpected error importing design. See the log in the Web Console for more details.”
But the log is deprecated in Webconsole, when we go there.
The alternative today WebSphere tracing isn't helpful. In our case it didn't help us resolve the issue, so we have another PMR opened to help understand and resolve the issue. It is currently being worked by engineering(PMR 18293,082,000).

The best way is to restore the LogManagement folder within Webconsole and provide the features it does today in 9.1.2
