Read-Only user Role for Infosphere Datastage

We have a requirement to have a read-only user created to login to on IBM Infosphere datastage director client and only be able to view the logs and see the status of the ETL run.
Among the current roles the datastage and quality stage operator is the limited one but that user can still run and schedule the jobs and delete the code if the project is not protected.
Can we have a new role or enhancements to the existing one to limit these users from running and scheduling the jobs
