Allow customization of the Launchpad Web UI

As a customer I have a few different instances of IIS Servers running in Development, Test and Production. We often use the IP or hostname in the URL for Launchpad, but these names are generic and not informative.  Users often get confused as to which environment they are accessing. The idea is to simply customize the launchpad via a simple variable so that the "Welcome to IBM InfoSphere Information Server" to add another custom field - e.g.   "UAT Server 11.5 Project Atlas"  or "DEV Server 11.7 Apple"

    Great Idea. We have different groups which use different modules on the launch pad. Provide authentication to launchpad and depending on your role, you can enable the modules on the launchpad

    Hi, I am not sure but I think that should help you, when you simply change the launchpad.welcome text?
