Unable to use the transports provided for ECC in CRM and SCM

Dear Team
Currently we are upgrading from IIS v9.1 to IIS v11.7.
As part of upgrade we are moving to higher version of SAP Pack from 7 to 8.1 which is compatible with IIS v11.7.
Basing on the following technote we have tried using the same transports in our CRM and SCM system.

But we are facing an issues while importing the transports into our CRM and SCM systems.
Earlier in 9.1 we were able to use the same transports SAP Pack v7.0 provided for ECC into our CRM and SCM system and we are able to connect to the system.
But we are facing the issue with the latest version of SAP pack v8.1.
I'm attaching the doc which has got the screenshots of the error message for your reference.
Could you please check and provide a solution for the latest version as well.
