11.7.1.1.3 Information Analyzer ODFEngine queue issue on multiple datastage conductor nodes

RBC users are running more than 3000 Information Analyzer rules per day and the count will increase going forward. To manage IA rules load on Engine, we have installed two datastage Engines. What I have observed is, even we have multiple datastage engines, IA rules are using same ODFEngine.

For example, RBC have PROD20 and PROD08 Conductor node Engines. I have triggered 100 IA rules through REST API (IA Project name: CDO) which is pointing to PROD20 DSEngine. After 10 mins again i have triggered 50 rules through REST API in different IA project (IA Project name: CDO_A) which is pointing to PROD08. Ideally rules should run parallelly on both Engines, but here IA Project CDO_A rules are in queue in PROD08 ODFEngine and these are waiting to complete all rules on PROD20 Engine. Due to this all rules are not completing on time and its taking lot of time to come out from ODFEngine.
