Allow File Connector to manage Hive tables properly when they are located in HDFS Transparent Data Encryption Zones

When the File Connector is configured to write files to an encrypted zone (TDE) within HDFS, with "Create Hive Table" set to Yes and "Drop existing table" set to Yes, jobs will fail if the table already exists.

This is because Hive requires the PURGE option on the DROP TABLE statement to drop tables that are located in HDFS encrypted zones or the Table's TBLPROPERTIES auto.purge be set to TRUE at table creation time.

Please enhance the File Connector to allow the PURGE option to be specified at table deletion time. As an example, this might be implemented as a third choice to the existing "Drop Existing Table" option:

- No
- Yes
- Yes (with PURGE)
