Automate Nonprofit Grant Writing Workflow

As someone working with a small nonprofit team, I’d love to see IBM watsonx Orchestrate provide a pre-built automation flow specifically for grant writing. Writing and managing multiple grant applications takes time we don’t always have, and automating parts of this process could save a huge amount of effort.

Here’s what such a workflow might include:

  • Pulling data from past applications and spreadsheets

  • Auto-generating draft responses based on previously submitted answers

  • Setting reminders for deadlines and follow-ups

  • Uploading required documents to standard portals

  • Formatting the final proposal to match submission guidelines

It would be amazing if this could integrate with platforms like geometry dash grants.gov, where many U.S. federal grant applications are managed.

Would love to hear if others in the nonprofit space would use something like this, and if IBM has plans for a use-case library focused on social impact organizations.

    Highly recommend the team build this flow themselves in our builder. Today we don't have something in roadmap or plan to address this
