I read these Collaborative Agents which are satisfied 50% of the requirement.
Kindly, I have studied the documents, but let us find a way to activate the External Agents deployment in the On-Premise Solutions, let us discuss the following information mentioned in the documents as follows
External agents can be used as collaborator agents only. The connections established to external agents are available within the local instance, so you can reuse them in other agents.
My Opinion, the collaborative agents satisfy the integration between IBM Solutions with Microsoft Applications Cloud Agents, this integration is IBM based, I don't have a way to access a demo from IBM , to test the functionality of these external agents from Microsoft and using local instates locally,
I hope your kind efforts and send me a Video about the Demo mentioned in My First Opinion.
