Allow to remember or save my selection of filters for a given search

As I find the right filters to get the best results when using the Candidate Sourcing with ThisWay Global skill to find candidates, I would like Watson to remember my selection next time I use the skill, or allow me to save it in some way so I don't have to redo it all next time, or have that as a starting point for the next search that might require some adjustments.

This would save a good amount of time as we iterate on finding the right tuning for our search.

Tools can now be trained to work a certain way but still no way for end user to save such custom behavior, besides saving intent text else where to repeat/copy.
