Welcome message - multi language support

Problem statement

  1. The wxO Gen 2 Welcome statement only support one message for a single language. It is not possible to configure multiple different messages in different languages.

  2. The Welcome message is not aware of & is not able to respond to either the standard or embedded language selection feature

Requirements

  1. A Welcome message can be created for many different languages (e.g. English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French Canadian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, other?)

    1. NOTE: API configuration is acceptable for initial release

  2. When User selects a language using embedded wxO Gen 2 and the corresponding Welcome message appears

  3. If no welcome message is available for a selected language, the default welcome message should be displayed.

  4. Bonus: When User selects a language using language selection menu in wxO Gen 2 and the corresponding Welcome message appears
