OOTB ServiceNow tool for "Create and Manage Request"

We have many OOTB tools for Service Now. A customer has requested that we add a new tool for 'Create Request"

What is a request in Servicenow : A request is like a formal submission of a request for a service or item or access raised through portal.

This agent helps in managing request from a end user perspective through natural language

  • Create Request in Servicenow

  • Get request created in Servicenow

  • Update Request already created in Servicenow

  • Delete Request created in Servicenow


the user should be able to do all the above operations through natural language,


Needs to support Oauth2 Password flow for auth
