Enable SAP SuccessFactors Report Center integration within IBM watsonx Orchestrate (WxO) so managers can retrieve, analyze, and interact with HR reports directly through the Orchestrate chat interface.

Currently, Orchestrate supports SAP SuccessFactors via OData APIs and domain agents for HR tasks, but it does not provide native access to Report Center reports. This enhancement would:

  • Connect Orchestrate to SuccessFactors Report Center (via OData or Integration Center exports).
  • Allow managers to query and view report data in natural language through Orchestrate chat.
  • Enforce role-based permissions so managers only see data for their employees.
  • Support interactive analysis (filter, group, trend) and decision-making within the Orchestrate UI.
  • Optionally, enable export to CSV or visualization for deeper insights.

This feature would streamline HR reporting, reduce dependency on manual report downloads, and improve decision-making speed.

    IBM Partner added :The client belongs to the real estate industry with multiple group companies (including sugar ). We are already in the deployment phase, and this enhancement request was raised to enable retrieval of SAP SuccessFactors Report Center data as part of the current implementation.Our intent is to make this data available to managers via Orchestrate chat with existing role-based access, helping them query and analyze reports more efficiently. Given the project timelines, we are looking to deploy this as soon as possible.
