Proactively post messages to a channel via WXO (API)

There are tons of usecases where it is helpful to be able to proactively send messages to a channel which is connected to wxo already.

Assume the following usecase:
A user is creating a ticket for something not working in their flat with their property management. Obviously, they would love to know the current status of the ticket. When is someone coming over, did you guys even look at it yet or is it even rejected as a tenants issue maybe? Instead of texting the whatsapp number once or twice a day to query the status of their ticket, we could leverage an API which allows us to proactively update the user of the tickets status as soon as it changes. Therefore we would need two things though:

- GET endpoint to find all channel related threads (best case including channel related information like the users phone number)
- POST endpoint for sending outbound messages via a specific channel to a specific thread
