Agent should ask clarifying questions when needed

Problem statement

In a knowledge / RAG scenario, not all questions from Cassie have sufficient information for the Agent to be able to give a precise answer.
In some cases, the Agent needs more information in order to get the exact answer. The agent should be able to ask Cassie for additional details, when required, in order to give a precise answer.

Example

Cassie asks a question about an expense reimbursement process. The answer will depend on a few conditions, such as, if the expense was pre-approved, if the expense was paid for using the company credit card, and if the expense was paid for using cash or personal credit card. Rather than sharing the details for all processes, the agent should be able to ask Cassie for additional details and give the exact answer to her scenario.
