Enable to store user-uploaded files in customer-owned Cloud Object Storage (COS) buckets with strict logical segregation by user or tenant.

Customer requires full control over file storage to meet internal compliance and data sovereignty standards.

Currently, user-uploaded files are stored in shared IBM-managed COS environments, which raises concerns around data ownership, isolation, and governance.

This feature would allow customers to configure their own COS instance for file storage, ensuring that all uploaded content resides within their controlled environment.

Additionally, files must be logically segregated at the user, project, or tenant level to prevent unauthorized access and ensure proper isolation between users. The solution should integrate with enterprise IAM policies and provide audit logging for file access and movement. This ensures secure handling of sensitive enterprise data while supporting scalable agent workflows.
