NooBaa default backing store needs configurable memory via ODF addon parameters

At the moment, the NooBaa default backing store is set to 400Mi with no way to adjust the memory sizing. This needs to be adjustable.

    This RFE should actually be directed to the OpenShift on IBM Cloud service (ROKS) ODF add-on. The add-on manages the deployment of the ODF pods and the memory request is controlled by the add-on. We are looking at adding a parameter to ODF to allow the user to specify the memory request. That process involves estimating work, assessing tradeoffs, and determining where it would fit in the roadmap if decided to move forward. All work in progress.
