Answer-set responses sized by uncertainty

Problem: Agents return single answers even when they are unsure, forcing human approvers to either trust blindly or re-verify everything. Point estimates hide doubt instead of communicating it.

Idea: Add an Orchestrate response pattern where uncertain agent outputs are returned as candidate sets sized by the model's uncertainty — small set when confident, larger set when unsure — so approvers calibrate their effort to the set size. Grounded in Cresswell et al. (ICML 2024), a pre-registered randomized trial showing humans decide significantly more accurately with conformal prediction sets than with fixed-size alternatives, because set size communicates uncertainty the way people naturally do.

Value: Faster human approvals on confident cases, appropriately skeptical review on uncertain ones, and measurably better joint human-AI decisions.
