The watsonx Orchestrate should be able to handle Personal Health Record (PHR) data.

Request:
Request for watsonx Orchestrate (SaaS) to be able to handle Personal Health Record (PHR) data something like follows
Medical history
Medical checkup data
Prescription history
etc.

Background:
According to the following Terms, the PHR data is categorized as Special Categories of Personal Data and can NOT be handled by Watsonx Orchestrate, making it impossible to realize the customer scenario at all.

    First of all, we would like to know whether PHR data can be handled on the cloud. If it cannot be handled, we have to inform it to the customer immediately, so we would like to know as soon as possible whether it can be handled or not. 

    Would you please give us the answer by 3/31?
