Trigger tools at User Sign-On

A skill tool should be triggered at sign-on such that the user can be prompted into a personalized flow.

Imagine if the users work to resolve ServiceNow tickets assigned to them. If we run a skill to retrieve the tickets assigned to that user id, then the user knows exactly why they've been prompted to log-in to wxo and what they need to work on.

    In addition to the Greet customer action (mentioned above)...

    Within wxO agentic, multi-user activities is planned for Q4 2025. Unlike wxO classic, task management is built into the chat experience, so users will be able to view their tasks as soon as they log in.

    This feature is available in AI assistants through the "Greet customer" action "Set by assistant"
