A dynamically adjustable privacy or disclaimer notice that appears before a user executes any tool.

  • Enabling this feature would benefit both the business and security teams by allowing them to display a customisable privacy notice or disclaimer before executing skills that could potentially impact business operations.
     
  • When tenant admin switch on this feature and when a tenant user clicks on the chat window in WxO, the request should first trigger a user-defined popup. Access to the chat window will only be granted after the user agrees to the terms presented in the popup.

    Would ability to launch a tool (flow) at chat start / log-in do as well as per idea LSABER-I-627 ?

    This was implemented in the AI chat, welcome message can be customized (through API), there is another request to allow to include a URL in it, but this covers the ask here, do you confirm?

    Keeping this one open to implement in new agentic chat.

    Latest Update from client

    This ask is for every active chat. Right now, when the user clicks "New Chat", it says "Hello, Welcome to watsonx Orchestrate." And then there is a note that says "Accuracy of generated answers may vary.....".

    Ask is to allow builders to edit the message "Accuracy of generated answers....and towards the end to then include "Privacy Notice [here-hyperlink to a document].
