Analytics: Parent Child Chatbot Routing Accuracy

Request: For the unified bot, track the accuracy of routing requests to the appropriate child bots.

Details: In a unified bot setup, the system routes user queries to different specialized "child bots" (e.g., an ERC bot or an IT bot). Bhaskar wants to measure how often the unified bot routes a query to the correct child bot. He also wants to know the effort required to increase routing accuracy (e.g., "to get to 96%").

Example: "I would like to know how accurate the routing is. Like routing to you know respective child bots." He also mentions wanting to know "if analytics can aid that too much information we are good" regarding the effort to improve accuracy.

Business Justification: Accurate routing is crucial for efficient chatbot operation. If requests are routed incorrectly, users will experience delays, frustration, and potentially have to interact with multiple agents. Monitoring routing accuracy helps identify and address any issues with the bot's routing logic, ensuring a smooth user experience.
