Analytics: Analysis of Unsuccessful Conversations

Request: ability to categorize unsuccessful chatbot conversations.

Details: This involves analyzing conversations where the chatbot failed to resolve the user's issue. These conversations to be categorized based on the reason for failure (e.g., lack of knowledge, misunderstanding, technical error).https://bigblue.aha.io/ideas/idea_promotions/new?idea_id=7486040450806392053

Business Justification: This is essential for identifying areas where the chatbot needs improvement. By categorizing unsuccessful conversations, businesses can understand the specific issues that users are encountering, such as knowledge gaps, misunderstandings, or technical limitations. This information can then be used to refine the chatbot's responses, improve its accuracy, and increase user satisfaction.
