Knowledge grounding in public websites (webcrawl)

As a user , I want the ability to include public websites and webpages as sources for knowledge grounding, so that I can enhance my assistant’s responses using the most up-to-date and relevant online content—such as product documentation, company blogs, or third-party knowledge bases.

This would allow for:

  • Richer, real-time insights from trusted external sources

  • Better support for industries or topics not fully covered by internal knowledge

  • Reduced effort in manually transferring and curating external content

Some customers are already able to webcrawl their websites via Elastic Search and provide answers easily.
