IBM SPSS Sentinel License Manager Support for AnyConnect SSL VPN

The IBM SPSS License Manager (rebranded Sentinel) is unable to serve up licenses when clients are on AnyConnect SSL based VPN due to restrictions in MTU. Sentinel 'hard codes' the MTU packets to 1460 and to not break the packets. The max MTU AnyConnect allows is 1406 (not a typo in the number) and in our situation Cisco recommended a MTU of 1300 to eliminate some connection/disconnection issues. Since Sentinel is requiring a value of 1460 that is larger than the max that AnyConnect can even handle the licensing is not reliably being communicated with the clients for SPSS Stats or Modeler clients. Request is for Sentinel to allow packets to be broken up or adapt to the MTU of the VPN environment. This issue has made the concurrent license manager unusable for our users on VPN.
