Support round-robin DNS for redundant licensing

We have a campus license and hundreds of copies of SPSS. When you set up a redundant license manager for SPSS, currently you must specify all license managers separated with a ~ character. It would be nice if the license manager could retrieve this information from DNS, through multiple A/AAAA/CNAME records. This, combined with CNAME records, would allow later reconfiguring the license managers without also reconfiguring every single client (hundreds in our case). Alternate/additional suggestion: allow retrieving the license manager information from a TXT record. This would allow a complete zero-touch client setup.
