SUPPORT FOR HIVE VIEWS AS DATASOURCES OF IBM SPSS ANALYTIC SERVER

A customer that has purchased Analytic Server uses Hive Views in order to deliver data from their Hadoop environment (Hortonworks) to the end users via Modeler. In the program's documentation it is stated that Hive Views are not supported as a datasource, even at the latest version (v3.2.1).
The customer has stated that there is no way they will change their current Hive views implementation, therefore the program is not useful to them, so they tare asking a refund of their investment.

Thanks for the suggestion. All data source types (such as Hive SQL) that are based on Hive views are supported except Hcatalog, since we dropped Hcatalog in CDH 6.x. Does that suffice?
