Modeler should provide user interface for specifying proxy information and support proxies which require authentication.

Currently Modeler offers no support for proxy servers for accessing the Extension hub or for accessing online help documentation.  For proxy servers which do not require authentication you can specify Java properties to specify the proxy host and port, but for proxy servers requiring authentication there is no work around.  The existence of these Java properties seems like a lucky happenstance as it appears no thought for proxy support was built into the design of the online help or Extension Hub features.
