Modeler is displaying misleading error message versus license maxed out

Reference: TS000869108

Problem: SPSS Modeler is displaying "... did not detect access to the internet..." when actually the issue is due to the license is maxed out. This is causing our IT Support team undue work when users can just wait or resolve the issue themselves.
Current Workaround: Personally contact the user to try again later or have the user contact anyone in their team to logout to free up license.
Proposed Solution: Display more appropriate or relevant error message and add something like "try again later".
Benefits: Save resource time and effort in ticketing process from reporting to resolution.
Users Impacted: All concurrent enterprise users
How often users are impacted: Several times a day

Just to clarify this is regarding the Modeler Subscription licensing? Not on-premises Concurrent licensing?
