Modeler Server can't acknowedge file share

As a first step we succesfully connect to the modeler server with the Admin user, we can see /browse/read and write all the folders and files placed in the file system server (that server is a different server from the modeler one)and even we can do all that things. when we try to navigate through that folder in the modeler application we just are not able to see it as a prove of that we mapped that folder drive on my own pc and from my modeler client without a server connection i can see it.
