New UI – Nav buttons to scroll directly to first and the last tab

Issue Description:

Today, in Single Edit of New UI, multiple clicks are required to scroll through tabs. If the tab bar has 30 tabs, you must click almost 22 times to scroll to the last tab. In such cases it is very difficult to switch to 1st tab if you are on the last tab.

To address this, we can have to buttons at each end of the tab bar, clicking on which takes you either to the first tab or the last.

Buttons could be:

  1. << - On click takes you to the first tab
  2. >> - On click takes you to the last tab

This could be places at each end of Tab Bar before and after current nav buttons.
