Display non generic error message when item import fails

When a user attempts to create items via the Import button in the Persona UI and the import fails, the error message displayed is completely generic and does not inform the user why it has failed. We receive the message 'The Job did not complete successfully:CWREP0009E:There was an error generating this report. Generic Error'.

This makes it almost impossible for a user to troubleshoot and fix the problem since there's no indication on what's wrong with the file or whether it's a problem with the application itself.

As the import process is going to be the primary method of creating items we need the application to give informative feedback on errors. The only workaround we have is to generate a new import template, copy over all the data and try and reimport. There's no guarantee that this will work though as the user still doesn't know the underlying issue that caused the first failure.

As this is a new system for our users they will quickly lose faith in the product if they are constantly coming up against this error.
