Request to not ask business users to escape reserved characters on the FTS

Business users are often missing to add the escape characters “\\” as it is confusing for them to perform this type of search. We should have a workaround on this such as say use a double quote to search for an exact match, etc.

The search API also provides support for special characters used in regular expressions. If we escape special characters in the search request, they would be treated as literals and would cease to work as regular expression language elements. Hence we do not intend to escape special characters in the search requests. If the search UI is customized i.e. search API is being called directly, this behavior for escaping characters can be introduced before triggering the search API.
