all password expiry features required in IPM 12

we require below properties for implementing password expiry in IPM 12 FP8:

by setting enable_password_expiry as true and maximum_password_age_for_users

But this is very basic feature and it should also include below functionalites:

  1. sending user an email about password expiry before 15 days, then 7 days and then last 1 day.

  2. sending an email to Admin post user password expiry.

  3. whether password expired due to password expiry by system would be captured in audit logs and query to fetch the same so in future if logs can be referred for any query by user.

  4. user should be disabled once password is expired. (currently user is not getting disabled instead post fresh login by user after expiry, same user can reset his/her own password) which should be only be done by Admin.
