Improve error messages in case of data model error

During import jobs, item save may generate data model errors but error messages are not explicit for end-users.
Here are main messages that would require a change to be more detailed :
- Any attribute mandatory / Type "Min occurrence" : "The number of attributes is not within the allowed minimum and maximum number"(CWPEL0001)
- RELATIONSHIP attribute : "Cannot convert and set value"
- LOOKUP attribute : "Invalid Value For Type" (CWPCM9999E:Error: The following validation for attribute '0935 Product Information Manager' failed : ...")

For example, we would expect :
- "Min / Max occurrence", in case attribute got min occurrence = 1 and was not filled : "No value set on this mandatory attribute."
- "Min / Max occurrence", in case we have tried to fill more values than attribute max occurrence : "Number of values is over the allowed maximum number."
- RELATIONSHIP attribute : "Value provided is a valid entry in target container/catalog."
- LOOKUP attribute : "Value provided is not allowed (check related lookup content)."
