Run workbench without Admin access

IBM Services team came over last year, and told RBC developer needs Admin access on their laptop, to customize MDM behavior.

It's RBC policy not granting individual Admin access on his laptop. We come up with workaround. IBM consultant developed MDM in remote Windows VM server with Admin access.

However, access VM server brings inconvenience.

1. Other people including Support team have access and could change settings in VM.

2. Windows VM server is in DEV domain, and can't access DevOps tools nor even Internet.

3. Developer can't use multiple monitors.

Suggestion/Idea:

Release restrictions so that install software (i.e. DB2, WebSphere, RAD, Workbench) with Admin access. But after installation done, allows non Admin access user to run workbench.

Alex - thank you for your submission. Let me see what we have done in this situation and I will update this enhancement accordingly.

Can you give me an indication of priority (High, Medium, Low) this is for the bank?
