Enable all the method types of Rest APIs instead of limiting the usage to PUT.

Currently in Nordea, we are looking for options where our consumers can directly interact with MDM services through rest apis instead of an intermediate service which eventually increase performance and save the effort for managing multiple components. But while exploring the MDM rest apis functionalities, we identified that capabilities of rest apis are limited to put method type alone.As per the following link https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/imdm/11.6?topic=services-rest-web, IBM MDM11.6 only supports PUT method type and input xmls similar to RMI. If we try with other method types following error is thrown -'No operation matching request path "/com.ibm.mdm.server.ws.restful/resources/MDMWSRESTful" is found, Relative Path: /, HTTP Method: POST, ContentType: application/xml, Accept: */*,. Please enable FINE/TRACE log level for more details.'.

We would like to propose the idea of enabling other method types especially GET with which consumers can retrieve all the matched records by passing the input parameters. This will help our consumers to get the relevant information without worrying about the service limitations like

1. mdm get service will return only the latest details if multiple matching records are found. Currently we have the logic implemented to notfiy the consumers that multiple records are available so try fetching the information using search.

2. only specific input parameters are accepatable in the get / search service.

By enabling the GET method type as well and coupling it with elastic search capability (already available in MDM 11.6) we could avoid the above limitations and provide a better experience to our customers.
