Thank you for the submission. While IIB v10 is a supporting program in MDM Advanced Edition, its usage in the product was almost exclusively to support health care use cases and specifically the handling of HL-7 messaging. Our recommendation is to pursue using Kafka messaging instead, support for which was added in 11.6.0.3 (https://ibm.biz/BdzCTa).
