WML should run Modeler Extension nodes in realtime deploy

I have a Modeler Flow stream with "Extension" nodes (R or PySpark or Python) and some libraries inside. I want to deploy this stream in Watson Machine Learning to make a real time scoring. However, the system raises an unknown error when I try to publish the model. I guess WML cannot run Extension nodes or cannot install some libraries.

Also, it would be useful a way to add custom nodes, like CLEF nodes or Custom Dialog Builder nodes.
