Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests

The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The product management team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

NLU PT-BR model

The NLU Service has wrong (and very) misinterpreted feelings for some very trivial phrases, following some recent examples of phrases that it returns "0".

• Pelo bom atendimento da Loja e pela qualidade dos carros.

• Carros muito confiáveis, sistema do site disponibilizado para os usuários muito útil para manutenção.

• Demonstrou esforço para atender os prazos do cliente.

• A empresa transmite segurança, confiança e tem compromisso sério com seus clientes.

• atendente prestativo e ágil

Note that the same phrases have a much more assertive behavior in the English language

• For the good care ofstore and for the quality of cars - SCORE 0.88

• Very reliable cars, system of the site made available to users very useful for maintenance. - SCORE 0.89

• Demonstrated effort to meet customer deadlines. - SCORE 0.55

• The company transmits security, trust and has serious commitment to its customers. - SCORE 0.88
