Enable Theme Background Color Change on OpenPages Header

It would be really cool to allow a custom theme background color on the Header.  I think someone mentioned this in the context of using the header for different types of alerting or bulletein e.g. making it red to draw attention.  This would be the same functionality but more from a branding perspective for customers.  e.g. We would love to throw in a "Liberty Yellow".

It's in your face all day and could be a really cool quick win.  Just a thought!

    To supplement this RFE would also like to call out this feature is available in Archer. They also have the ability to add in custom company logos as well which would be really cool. Again, not critical from a functionality perspective just a nice to have.
