Operational Risk Management OpenPages module - Inquiry Regarding Control and Evaluation Features Update

LA POSTE client expresses the desire to have the ability to conduct sampling checks through control grids and evaluations. In the absence of being able to duplicate the control grid for each sample to be checked, we have explored the possibility of adding sub-questions to a main question together.

Among these sub-questions, they wish to include the option of a "Comment" sub-question, attached to the main question and filled out in "text" format by the end user. This request arises from the current limitation where the "Comment" option is limited to 250 characters, and the complete history of comments, which complicates flexibility of use, reading, and information retrieval by the reviewer. The objective is to have visibility on a single comment that is editable.

Furthermore, among these sub-questions, the client desires the ability to insert a table similar to the one attached (1), which already exists among the types of responses offered, with cells containing responses in the form of a drop-down list. Currently, only free text entry is offered to the end user (to be retained). The end user will not be able to modify the options provided by the drop-down list, a task reserved for the administrator. The purpose of this response format is to allow the user to provide details of the sampled item (Processing Number) with the results of each treatment.

The client also wishes to have the ability to establish management rules for each value in the drop-down list of table cells. These values can be of different types, such as characters or numbers. The management rules will be exclusively editable by the administrator and may include conditional formulas to generate a score associated with the filled value. It is based on this score that the main question will be populated with a compliance percentage, reflecting the checks performed on the table - see attached (2).
The goal is to automatically generate a response type:

"Compliant" or "Non-compliant"

"OK" or "KO"

or Other (defined by the administrator)

based on the calculation/sum of the scores associated with the responses (including the possibility of establishing conditional formulas) - see attached (3).

In addition, the client would like to have an implementation rate indicator, reflecting the progress of the calculation/sum of scores associated with each element of the table and each sub-question - see attached (4).
