TFUI Allow Bar Chart Order to be based on dropdown display order

When adding a bar chart, there is no option to select the sort order of the bars. It automatically orders the bars from longest to shortest.

Clients have requested to allow sorting of the bars to be fixed order based on the dropdown order.

For example, if the dropdown order of a Rating field is Low, Med, High, Critical. When creating a bar chart on this dropdown, if the data has 2 Low, 1 Med, 4 High, 3 Critical, the bars will appear in this order: High, Critical, Low, Med.

And the bar order varies from data set to data set. E.g., the chart for Entity A may have a different bar order from the same chart on Entity B.

Client would like option to see bars in a fixed order, based on the dropdown order. This gives them an easier means to compare data between entities since they are used to thinking of Rating values in the same consistent order.
