Chart should allow drill-through on "Other" or "No Value" segments

When pie/bar chart is based on a dropdown field with more than 10 values, the pie/bar chart automatically shows top 9 segments, and then groups remaining small segments into an "Other" segment.

The top 9 segments are clickable for drill-through (to open up grid view showing the objects that make up that segment), but the "Other" segment is not.

Would be good for the user to easily see the objects and values that make up the "Other" segment.

Similarly, if there are objects that do not have any value for the dropdown field, they are shown in a "No Value" segment. The "No Value" segment is not clickable for drill-through.

Would be good for the user to easily see the objects that make up the "No Value" segment, especially if it is a key field that should have a value.
