Provide Configurability for Gantt Chart Labels

When you create a Gantt Chart on the OpenPages Dashboard, it frequently does not display labels for the X-axis in a useful way. If you take a look at the attached screenshot, the only month names that are displayed are Feb, Nov and Dec for the whole year. Looking at the day numbers in between those 3 month names, it is not easily possible to tell which month each day belongs to. We have had multiple business users complain about this and request some improvement in this area.

I have advised our users that is sometimes possible to alter which month names are displayed by using the browser's zoom function or by increasing or decreasing the width of the Gantt Chart (via drag-and-drop), however, that does not really solve the UX issue for them, and they have requested this issue be brought to the attention of the product team.

Here is a text representation of the labels on the attached example Gantt Chart:

Feb23 28 6 12 18 24 30 5 11 17 23 29 5 11 17 23 29 4 10 16 22 28 4 10 16 22 28 3 9 15 21 27 2 8 14 20 26 2 8 14 20 26 Nov1

For any of the numbers between Feb and Nov, it is not really possible to tell which month they are part of. See screenshot for actual example.
