Configure the Action Menu to hide COPY for certain objects

At RBS (and many other clients), using Copy can cause data issues as it will copy child objects and not rename them, and copy objects that might have content that needs to be reset (eg Measure might have latest measure result info).

So for most objects there is a trigger to prevent the COPY operation from being used.

User feedback is "why is the copy option there if we can't use it?". It is not user friendly to have an option which is not actually usable. Better if we can remove the option from the menu.
