Loss Entry Application enable association capabilities to other parent GRC objects

When entering a loss via the Loss Entry Application the user is currently unable to associate the loss to any other GRC objects outside of the business entity.  The request is to enable the user the ability to see other parent GRC objects and associate to those parent objects when creating the loss.   This prevents the triage team, who typically is assigned the loss once it is entered from having to reach back out to the person entering the loss to gather more loss information.

Example maybe the loss was a result of a failed control why not let the user, who is creating the loss via the Loss Entry Application, be able to select the control?  Otherwise the triage team would need to reach back out to obtain this information.  The Loss Entry Application is using the standard creation view capability but it will not render any grid views that enable the selection and association capabilities.
