"System Migration-->Import configuration" available as a method from the REST API level

Why?
1.it will fit into the idea of ​​a fully automated "Change Management" process with all the checks and acceptances required in this process

2.we would automate the process of transferring (installing) changes prepared in the non-production environment, e.g. User Acceptance after completing user acceptance tests using the continuous integration software available at the Bank (CICD pipelines)

Action;
the method would receive a file with data for import at the input, previously prepared in the "System Migration-->Export configuration" function

the method would enable either validation of the input file or its processing and import of its contents, in both cases returning a log from the run (as it currently does in the UI)

in other words, instead of importing the configuration from the UI level, it would be performed via the REST API (automatic process on our side)
