Need additional APIs to fetch resources by tag id/name

IBM OpenPages Tagging capability allow users to associate one more tags to records. This helps business users to categorize records based on their functionality and relevance to specific capability (e.g. RCSA). For example:

- A control has the tags Model and Change Management because the control refers to the activities needed when a model is updated.
- An issue has the tags Model and Change Management because the issue was raised due to model drift after the model was updated. The issue also has the tag Test to indicate that there is testing needed on the model.
- A vendor has the tags Model and Change Management because the vendor is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying models in production. The vendor also has the tag Development to show that it is involved in development of models.

The current OpenPages APIs allows users to associate/dissociate one or more tags to one or more records. However, the API does not provide a functionality to fetch all the relevant records based on a specific Tag. For example:

If a tag RCSA-2024-Q1 is created and associated to several records such as Risk Assessment, Process, Risks, Controls, Test Plans, Test Results, Issues etc. then an API is needed which can allow user to search based on the tag id/name (i.e. RCSA-2024-Q1) and provide a map of all the records associated with the tag. The API can have a syntax like:

Map<objectTypeName, List<resouceIds>> getResoucesByTagName(String tagName)
Map<objectTypeName, List<resouceIds>> getResoucesByTagId(String tagId)
Map<objectTypeId, List<resouceIds>> getResoucesByTagName(String tagName)
Map<objectTypeId, List<resouceIds>> getResoucesByTagId(String tagId)

These APIs will help user to get a holistic view of the objects/records those was associated with a particular tag. In the above example when the user search for a tag Change Management, it should provide a map of Control, Issue and Vendor that will provide user with a complete picture of all the objects/records involved in the Change Management process.
